2. Data we process

• Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number.
• Inquiry details: service, date, guest count, city or venue, dietary preferences, your message and service-specific details (e.g. flight, airport or yacht details).
• Usage data: only if you allow analytics cookies, pages visited, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location.
• Team access: session information for OH Dining team members only.

The inquiry form only prepares a message in your browser; nothing is stored on this site or sent automatically. Your details reach us when you send the message yourself by WhatsApp or email. Allergy and health details are special-category data (KVKK Art. 6); if needed for the menu, they are collected separately during planning with your explicit consent.

3. How we collect it

Electronically, through WhatsApp and email messages, phone calls and, if you allow them, analytics cookies.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• Assessing your inquiry, contacting you, preparing a menu and proposal: directly related to entering into a contract (Art. 5/2-c).
• Planning and delivering the service (menu, team, sourcing, logistics): performance of the contract (Art. 5/2-c).
• Keeping correspondence records and handling possible disputes: legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and establishing, exercising or protecting a right (Art. 5/2-e).
• Invoicing and statutory retention: required by law and legal obligation (Art. 5/2-a, ç).
• Site security and team access: legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
• Measuring and improving the site: your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

5. Transfers

• In Türkiye: to the team, suppliers and partners we work with, only as far as the service requires (e.g. guest count, date, venue, flight or yacht details); to authorities where legally required.
• Messaging and email: you choose to send your inquiry by WhatsApp (Meta) or email. Our business email runs on Google Workspace; these providers’ servers may be located abroad.
• Analytics: Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics run only with your cookie consent; data may be processed on servers abroad (KVKK Art. 9). Form fields are masked in Clarity; analytics events contain no form content.

6. Retention

Inquiry correspondence is kept for 2 years after the inquiry is concluded, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. If a service contract is formed, tax and commercial retention periods apply. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

7. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• request deletion or destruction under Art. 7,
• request that corrections and deletions are notified to third parties who received the data,
• object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

Send requests in writing with a wet signature to Tevfikbey Mah. 3. Kanarya Sk. No: 3A İç Kapı No: 1, Küçükçekmece / İstanbul, by registered electronic mail (KEP), with a secure electronic signature, or from the email address you previously gave us to info@ohdining.com. Include your name, signature (for written requests), ID or passport number, an address or email for our reply, and your request. We reply free of charge within 30 days.

Cookie policy

The site needs no cookies for visitors. Your analytics choice is kept in your browser’s local storage under the key “oh-analytics”; it contains no personal data. Only if you choose “Allow analytics”, these cookies are used:

• Google Analytics: _ga (distinguishes visitors, 2 years), _ga_<id> (session state, 2 years).
• Microsoft Clarity: _clck (visitor ID and preferences, 1 year), _clsk (session, 1 day).

OH Office team access uses a strictly necessary session cookie (oh_office, 30 days) for team members only. No advertising or personalisation cookies are used. Change your choice at any time via “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page, or delete cookies in your browser settings. Declining does not stop you contacting OH Dining. External services such as WhatsApp have their own privacy policies.
